Heritage Meats has been the friendly neighborhood butcher shop providing great cuts of farm-raised local meat and minimally processed meat products since it was established as a family-owned business in East Olympia in 1977. The team has grown, the sign on the building has gone through a change or two, but the mission is still the same—we source the best meat from great local farms, use the best ingredients, partner with other small businesses in the community, and produce a wonderful line of protein products as free from anything but what nature added as we can accomplish. From our grass-fed and grass-finished beef, to our robust artisan sausage selection, to our selection of handcrafted smoked meats, the Heritage Meats team ensures that the animals we source are raised and harvested locally, humanely, and free of hormones and antibiotics to produce the best taste, quality, and integrity that we can for our local community.
